Our company is located in Jiangdu City, Jiangsu Province in the Yangtze River Delta. It is located at the exit of Jiangdu Zhenwu of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and the transportation is very convenient. Covering an area of more than 180 acres and with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, we are a well-known enterprise with 20 years of history and profound historical and technical heritage. The company has trained a team of experienced and practical technical teams and excellent management teams with rich experience. The company's production area is 25,200 square meters. We have styling and core making facilities, including one ester hardened water glass sand production line and three resin sand production lines. We have smelting equipment, including a 15 ton electric arc furnace and 3 intermediate frequency furnaces (10 tons, 1.5 tons, 0.75 tons). Its maximum lifting capacity is 50 tons, with strong processability and new product development capabilities. We have passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification and BV, CCS, RINA, ABS factory approval. We have formed the capacity to produce 15,000 tons of various steel castings (carbon steel, alloy steel) and have produced a single piece with a maximum weight of 30 tons. The surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the castings produced by the company are high, the dimensional accuracy reaches CT9-10, and the surface roughness reaches 50ηm.
In 2008, we invested in a foundry with an investment of RMB 50 million, a new plant of 15,000 square meters and a power supply of 3.5WKV. Our company is a large-scale cast steel factory with advanced production equipment and advanced management concepts. We purchased the German OBLF vacuum direct reading spectrum analyzer and a full set of mechanical performance testing equipment and various non-destructive testing equipment and metallographic image analysis system, which strengthened the quality control of the production process and ensured the product quality, dramatically increasing the production capacity.
Our company has successfully produced 10,000 tons of ship castings since the development and production of marine castings in 2009. We produced the mast for the largest marine casting of 78,000 tons, weighing 30 tons, and other castings such as upper rudder, rudder arm and mast. This laid a solid foundation for the production of steel castings for ships.
Our company provides 10,000 tons of conical and broken steel castings (upper and lower casings, cones, etc.) for the world's largest mining machinery company, Sandvik Group. The steel castings produced by the company are mainly sold to ships, metallurgy, electric power, water pumps and other markets in China. Our products are also sold to Southeast Asia, Europe, America and other international markets. The product has been well received by users.
