Our company is located in Jiangdu City, Jiangsu Province, in the Yangtze River Delta region. Situated at the Jiangdu Zhenwu exit of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, it boasts convenient transportation. Established 20 years ago, this renowned enterprise covers an area of over 180 mu (approximately 12 hectares) with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. We possess deep historical and technical foundations, a seasoned and experienced technical team, and a management team with extensive experience. Our production area spans 25,200 square meters, and our molding and core-making facilities include: one ester-hardened water glass sand production line and three resin sand production lines. Melting equipment includes one 15-ton electric arc furnace, one 10-ton, one 1.5-ton, and one 0.75-ton medium-frequency furnace. The maximum lifting capacity is 50 tons. We have strong process capabilities and new product development capabilities and have passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, and BV, CCS, RINA, and ABS factory approvals. We have established a capacity to produce 15,000 tons of various cast steel parts (carbon steel, alloy steel), with the largest single piece weighing 30 tons. The cast parts produced by our company have high surface quality and dimensional accuracy, reaching CT9-10 grade in dimensional accuracy and a surface roughness of 50ηm.
In 2008, we invested 50 million yuan in a newly built cast steel plant covering 15,000 square meters, with 3.5WKV power supply. This is a large-scale cast steel plant equipped with advanced production equipment and management concepts. Newly added equipment includes a German OBLF vacuum direct-reading spectrometer, a full set of mechanical property testing equipment, various non-destructive testing equipment, and a metallographic image analysis system, significantly enhancing quality control during production and improving product quality, leading to a substantial increase in production capacity.
Since 2009, our company has developed and produced marine castings, successfully producing tens of thousands of tons of marine castings. The largest marine casting produced is a 78,000-ton vessel sternpost, weighing 30 tons, along with other castings such as rudder stocks, rudder arms, and sternposts. This has laid a solid foundation for the production of marine cast steel parts.
Our company supplies tens of thousands of tons of cone crusher cast steel parts (upper and lower shells, cones, etc.) to Sandvik, a major global mining machinery manufacturer. Our cast steel products are mainly sold domestically to shipbuilding, metallurgical, power, and water pump markets, and are also exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Our products have received positive feedback from customers.
