Sludge suction machine operation and management

The parking position of the suction sludge scraper should be at the outlet end of the sedimentation tank. Before starting, open the mud discharge valves of each suction pipe, then proceed to the inlet end, driving the scraper around the semi-bridge. When reaching the end of the inlet, drive the scraper, that is, automatically return and stop at the outlet end during the entire suction process.
1) DriveSludge scraperThe parking position of the sludge scraper should be at the outlet end of the sedimentation tank. Before starting, open the sludge discharge valves of each suction pipe, then move to the inlet end, driving the scraper around the half-bridge. When reaching the end of the inlet, drive the scraper, which will automatically return and stop at the outlet end during the entire sludge suction process.
(2)Sludge scraperPump suction and discharge: mainly composed of pump, suction nozzle and suction pipe. The sludge in the suction pipe is discharged from the tank through the pump outlet pipe. The start of sludge suction is manually operated by touching the travel switch on the crane with a touch rod installed on the track to complete the return and stop actions. The relative position between the position of the contact rod on the track and the travel switch on the crane should be determined during installation.
(3) The accumulated sludge in the sludge scraper sedimentation tank should not be too long. After more than 2 days, the sludge will become quite dense. When suctioning sludge, pay attention to sludge discharge. If there is blockage, stop and wait for the sludge discharge pipe to be clear before moving. After more than 4 days, the sludge has accumulated, and the sludge scraper can only be used after cleaning the bottom of the pool. Otherwise, not only the scraper of the half-bridge scraper cannot be used, but also the resistance of the sludge will cause the frame and equipment to deform.
(4) If the water surface in the sludge scraper pool is frozen, it can only be used after thawing or breaking the ice.
(5) PreventSludge scraperBricks and other hard debris from falling into the pool, keep the bottom of the pool smooth to avoid blocking the nozzle and damaging the nozzle.
The scraper consists of a driving device, a working bridge, a main scraper, an auxiliary scraper, a skimming device, an overflow weir plate, a baffle plate, a collector, etc. For sedimentation tanks with a central inlet and a peripheral outlet, a tailwater pipe is generally required.
