The rake pipe should be checked under a concentrated load of 10000 Nm, and its deflection should not be greater than 1/250, and the steel pipe wall thickness should not be less than 6 mm. For larger rotary cleaners, consider using multiple traction chains to improve the stress condition of the rake pipe, or locally reinforce the middle part of the rake pipe to make it a variable-section stressed member.
