Working Principle of Bar Screen Cleaner
A set of rotating bar screen chains is assembled by a kind of bear hand factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow.
When the rake chain acts on the top of the equipment, due to the guidance of the pulley and the curved guide rail, a relative self-cleaning movement will occur between the rake chains, and most of the solid matter will fall under the action of gravity. Another is the reverse movement of the vacuum cleaner, which cleans the garbage on the bear's paw.
The rake chain type with different water flow directions is the same as the screen, and the rake gap installed on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions.
