Working Principle of Bar Screen Cleaning Machine
Bar Screen Cleaning MachineIt consists of a set of rotating bar screen chains assembled from unique rakes. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates against the direction of the water flow, scooping up the floating scum on the water surface. When the rake chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the cam wheel and the arc-shaped track, each group of rakes moves relatively self-cleaning, and most of the solid substances fall down by gravity. Another part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean the debris sticking to the rakes.
According to the direction of the water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grid, and the gap between the rakes assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the operating conditions. When separating solid suspensions in the fluid, the rakes can ensure the smooth flow of the water. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

The tooth gap of the rake is divided into 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The selection is based on the surplus water volume, lifting height, total amount of solid-liquid separation, shape and particle size of the separated substances, and different materials are selected. The equipment channel depth is customized by the user, and the customized depth can be determined according to user needs and actual use. Generally, it is not less than 0.8m and not more than 15m. The control system is selected or provided by the user. Generally, the quotation does not include the control box, and it can be used by connecting a three-phase power supply on site. The on-site electric control box adopts on-site start-stop control buttons, and the electric control box is equipped with equipment start-stop buttons.
