The top of the sand conveying tank is equipped with a support bearing, the spiral shaft bearing is reliably sealed, and the lubrication is good. The bearing device is waterproof and dustproof, and the lubrication and maintenance are convenient. The spiral driving device adopts a gear reducer motor with a service factor of no less than 1.6. The gears are made of alloy steel, carburized, and the surface hardness is not less than HRC 58~62. The motor should be suitable for outdoor use, with an IP65 protection level, a three-phase voltage of 380v, 50Hz, and an insulation class of F. The rated power of the motor should be more than 10% higher than the actual power consumption.
(2) The diameter of the spiral shaft is 280mm, and a shaftless spiral is used to ensure smooth material conveying and no blockage.
(3) The cross-section of the spiral sand conveying trough is U-shaped, with a diameter of 320mm, and an installation angle of about 25 degrees. Except for the open inlet, the rest of the trough is sealed with a flat cover, and the flat cover is removable. A discharge port is provided at the upper end, which is about 1.75 meters away from the ground.
