The spiral sand-water separator can be used as auxiliary equipment for various sedimentation tanks to separate sand and other heavier granular solids from sand-containing wastewater. The water inlet overflow pipe is installed at the top of the container, and the drain pipe is installed at the bottom for easy maintenance. All pipe fittings and flanges are made of stainless steel.

  7. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes of the spiral sand and water separator is designed to prevent blockage of sundries in the water.

  8. The configuration of the desander and auxiliary components is suitable for continuous and intermittent operation.

  9. A sufficient number of replaceable liners are installed in the spiral groove of the U-shaped groove, with simple structure, long service life, and easy replacement.

  10. There are no high-speed rotating parts in the equipment, so the screw wear is low and almost no maintenance is required.

  11. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted reducer, and the output shaft is directly connected to the screw. Output directly connected to the screw: the protection level of the drive motor is IP55, and the insulation level is F.
