Overview

The catalytic oxidizer (CO) is the culmination of our company’s many years of research, practical application, innovation, and continuous refinement. The product has been widely adopted by users both domestically and internationally, delivering significant environmental, economic, and social benefits.

Working Principle

This device uses a catalyst as an intermediate to facilitate the combustion of organic gases at relatively low temperatures, producing harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor as exhaust. The reaction equation is:

Purpose:

1. Suitable for the purification and treatment of organic solvents (mixed high-concentration, heated organic waste gases containing benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes, etc.).

2. Applicable to the purification of organic waste gases in industries such as automotive painting, wind turbine blade manufacturing, wire and cable production, machinery, chemical processing, bicycle and motorcycle manufacturing, and household appliance production.

3. Suitable for drying lines in various applications, including baking ovens, tinplate can manufacturing, surface spraying, printing inks, motor insulation treatment, and adhesive bonding for leather shoes, to purify organic waste gases generated in each process.

Performance Features

1. Convenient operation: The equipment operates under automatic control.

2. Energy conservation: Upon startup, the equipment requires only 15–30 minutes to heat up to the ignition temperature (when the concentration of organic waste gas is relatively high).

3. Safe and Reliable: The equipment is equipped with a flame-arrestor system, a fresh-air supply system, an explosion-proof pressure-relief system, an over-temperature alarm system, and an advanced automatic control system.

4. High purification efficiency: The system employs advanced honeycomb ceramic as a support material coated with precious-metal catalysts—palladium and platinum—offering a large specific surface area. The catalyst has a service life of 6,000 to 8,000 hours, and the support material is regenerable.

5. Waste Heat Recovery: Waste heat can be recovered and reused, reducing energy consumption.

Precautions

1. The exhaust gas composition must not contain highly viscous oil-based substances, nor heavy metals such as phosphorus, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, mercury, lead, and tin, or high-concentration particulate matter.

2. When selecting equipment, please specify the composition, concentration, and outlet temperature of the exhaust gas.

3. The equipment installation location shall be free of corrosive gases and equipped with effective rainproof measures.

4. The power supply required for the equipment is three-phase AC 380 V, 50 Hz.
