Product Description
A chemical dosing device is a complete set of equipment integrating chemical dosing, stirring, liquid conveying, and automatic control. It is used in power plant raw water, boiler feed water, oilfield surface collection and dehydration treatment systems, various chemical dosing systems in the petrochemical industry, and wastewater treatment systems.
The chemical dosing device mainly consists of a solution tank, a mixing tank (with a stirrer), a metering pump, a level gauge, an electrical control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, base, and ladder, etc. (configuration can be customized based on actual user requirements). According to the required chemical concentration, the chemical dosing device prepares the solution in the mixing tank. After stirring evenly with the stirrer, it is fed into the solution tank, and the prepared solution is conveyed to the dosing point or the designated system by a metering pump (dosing pump).
1. Chemical water replenishment, condensate ammonia system
The chemical dosing device can achieve fully automatic control; in addition to manual preparation, ammonia solution preparation can also be automatically controlled. When the solution tank level is lower than the set value, the solution tank inlet valve automatically opens until the high liquid level, at which point it automatically closes. In addition to manual control, ammonia addition can also be automatically controlled. After PID calculation by the PLC programmable control system, the inverter controls the amount of ammonia added by the ammonia metering pump to achieve the purpose of fully automatic chemical dosing.
2. Boiler water phosphate salt system
For the preparation of phosphate solution in the chemical dosing device, trisodium phosphate is directly added to the solution tank dosing area, and the mixer is started to dissolve it. In addition to manual control, the amount of phosphate added can also be automatically controlled. After PID calculation by the PLC programmable control system, the inverter controls the amount of the phosphate metering pump to achieve automatic chemical dosing.
