Product Description
Gate operating machinery is used in various large-scale water supply and drainage, water conservancy and hydropower projects. It is used to control the lifting and lowering of various large and medium-sized cast iron gates and steel gates to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. It is divided into hydraulic gate operating machinery, hoisting gate operating machinery, gantry cranes, hand wheel type gate operating machinery, hand electric type gate operating machinery, hand crank gate operating machinery, screw type gate operating machinery, double hoisting type gate operating machinery, etc.
Structural characteristics of gate operating machinery:
1. The gate operating machinery includes a motor, gate operating machinery, frame, protective cover, etc.; a three-stage deceleration method is adopted, using spiral gear transmission, and the output torque is greater. The steel frame matching the gate operating machinery overcomes the unevenness of civil engineering to reduce the noise and vibration of the whole machine.
2. Outdoor long-time working system motor is used, and the protection grade is ≥IP55. The stroke control mechanism adopts the principle of decimal counter, and the error of the stroke is 0.5%. The torque protection control is achieved by the principle that the worm produces axial displacement to touch the micro-switch to protect the electrical appliance.
3. Simple operation and maintenance, on-site and remote control operation can be realized.
Gate operating machinery operation:
1. The engineering construction unit shall install the gate operating machinery on a flat, solid, and well-lit foundation, and the machine body and ground anchor must be firmly fixed. The center line of the gate operating machinery and the guide pulley must be perpendicular to each other, and the distance between the gate operating machinery and the pulley should generally be no less than fifteen meters.
2. Before the adjustment and installation operation, the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety pawl, transmission pulley, etc. should be checked to ensure safety and reliability before operation. The wire rope must be arranged neatly on the reel, and at least three circles must be reserved during operation. During operation, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the gate operating machinery to prevent accidents.
3. When lifting heavy objects and needing to stay in the air, in addition to using the brake, the pawl insurance must be used to secure it. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to leave the post without authorization.
